The terms that govern the managed Meta Business services Transcenda provides once you connect. Plain-language sections cover your responsibilities, ours, termination, liability and governing law.

By connecting your Meta Business to TRANSCENDA COMPUTER SYSTEMS & COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT SOFTWARE DESIGN EST. ("Transcenda") via meta.transcenda.io, you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, don't connect.
The service
Transcenda is a Meta-verified Tech Provider that manages, on behalf of clients, the Meta Business capabilities you select during signup (WhatsApp Business, Pages, Instagram, Ads, Catalog). Specific scope and pricing are agreed in a separate written engagement after you connect.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm you are authorized to grant Transcenda access to the Meta assets you connect
- You will comply with Meta's Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Solution Terms, Commerce Policies, and all applicable laws
- You will not use Transcenda to send spam, deceptive content, or messages that violate Meta's policies
- You are responsible for content sent on your behalf via templates / campaigns / posts you approve
Our responsibilities
- Operate the agreed services with commercially reasonable care
- Maintain technical and organizational security measures (see Privacy)
- Notify you of any data incident affecting your assets within 72 hours of discovery
- Honor revocation immediately when you withdraw access via Meta or by writing to [email protected]
Termination
Either party can terminate the connection at any time. You revoke via business.facebook.com → Settings → Apps; we revoke by sending notice. On termination, your access tokens are deleted within 30 days. Message and content data follows the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transcenda's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to Transcenda in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
